As a resident of Jupiter FL, John is a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate servicing clients in the Palm Beaches. John began his real estate career with Centex Homes in 2000 after an 11 year career as a landscape architect. His prior experience in real estate includes land development, land acquisition, and land planning.
John is part of the local business community being owner of Can Do Canvas, a Tequesta company servicing the local boating community. His knowledge of the local waterways allows him to competently represent buyers and sellers of waterfront properties.
SIMONE M. DAVIDSON
Simone migrated to the U.S. from Jamaica as a child. She witnessed the sense of accomplishment that her parents and other family members experienced with the purchase of their first home; she realized the significance and value of owning a piece of the American dream…home ownership. Today, Simone specializes in making that dream a reality for 1st time home buyers/sellers and islanders moving to Florida. She is passionate about the needs and goals of her clients, and specializes in bringing peace of mind to her clients while they are navigating the home buying/selling experience.
Simone has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University, and a B.A. in Mass Communications, specializing in Public Relations and Advertising. Simone has local government experience working in Building, Planning and Zoning, and Public Works departments. She is also a Pension Board Trustee, managing over $100 million in assets.
Simone lives in West Palm Beach with her family, including her two girls, Kali and Amani, who are her biggest helpers.
Michelle is a 3 Year Ford Sales Award winner and former national mortgage processor. Her full range of knowledge of the real estate transaction and strong negotiation skills elevates her above the average agent. She is dedicated to assuring each and every one of her clients has an excellent real estate experience. Born and raised in the Palm Beaches, she can honestly call herself a true local expert.
Colleen worked as a manager for a real estate developer, right out of college. Later she became a New York Police Officer in Special Operations. She was also an instructor at The Police Academy. In 2012 Colleen moved from Warwick, NY to the "sixth borough" ... Florida.
Today, Colleen helps New Yorkers find paradise here in the Palm Beaches. Founder of The Flor-Yorker connection, she helps New Yorkers relocate, retire, or find their second homes. Colleen is a proud resident expert of the Evergrene resort community in Palm Beach Gardens.
Ashley Wilson, Esq., quickly became a multi-million dollar producer, and has continued serving her clients with passion, enthusiasm and attention to detail. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate agent, Ashley was a litigator. She brings her years of legal negotiation and contract experience to better serve her real estate customers. Ashley has a major in Public Relations and Business Administration from the University of Florida, where she gained hands-on experience developing marketing campaigns. Ashley believes that every home has a story waiting to be told. When selling a home she develops unique marketing plans to tell your home's story.
Ashley lives in North Palm Beach with her husband and two children. She is an avid college football fan and boater. Before joining Island Bridge Realty, Saran was in the property management industry for over 20 years. An Ohio State University graduate, Saran joined Archstone Communities as a leasing consultant and soon after was promoted to Community Manager. She also worked for Joseph Skilken Realty Organization as a Regional Manager.
With the knowledge Saran has about the rental market, she can lease your home without leaving money on the table. Saran can also find you an ideal rental if you are in transition.

Katherine opened Island Bridge Realty, a boutique brokerage in Jupiter, Florida, in 2014. Island Bridge Realty allows Katherine to work her passion (obsession)
mentoring/training/coaching and supporting agents, while still remaining active and relevant in real estate.
In an effort to help agents outside the brokerage, Katherine authored two books: Before You Are Licensed: 13 Actions to Jump Start Your Real Estate Career and Dear Real Estate Agent, There Are Answers: Six Industry Professionals Share Their Knowledge. Readers reached out and soon Katherine was coaching agents across the country. AGENT STRONG Real Estate Coaching was launched in response.
Katherine is also a certified negotiation expert and pricing strategy advisor.
A 30-year veteran of the multifamily/property management industry, Tammy has a contagious enthusiasm for anything real estate. After a successful career as a Director of Marketing and Training, she and her husband Steve fell in love with and relocated to Jupiter, Florida in 2009. A results-oriented advisor and practical problem-solver, Tammy's goal is provide her clients with all the guidance and support needed throughout their buying and selling process.
Racee's decision to move to Florida from the Midwest came easy after visiting family in sunny South Florida year after year.
Racee is a Northwood University graduate with a B.B.A in Management. She managed several restaurants locally before transitioning into marketing and business development with ServiceMaster Clean.

Racee and her husband Ben, a chef at a favorite Palm Beach Gardens eatery, have 2 children. Melissa’s enthusiasm, attention to detail, and proven track record in sales sets her apart from the rest. Melissa began selling real estate more than two decades ago. Melissa specializes in working with buyers and sellers in Jupiter, the Palm Beaches and the Treasure Coast.
During her successful business career, Melissa was sought out by one of the world’s largest banks where she led a team initiative that yielded significant sales revenue. Melissa also spent many years as an educator teaching under privileged children.
As a Realtor, mother of three, and grandmother of two, she is knowledgeable about the many wonderful neighborhoods in the area, as well as local community events, schools, and market trends.
Yoan moved to the Palm Beaches from Cuba back in 2001. For over eight years he worked in the banking industry, and for over eight years in customer service and personal representation while attending Florida Atlantic University to graduate with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning, and has a background in Architecture. Yoan joined Island Bridge Realty soon after.
Currently residing in the Village of Wellington with his lovely wife and daughter, he spends most of his free time traveling or boating with friends and family.

Melissa is a licensed REALTOR®, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and holds her Bachelor of Science with an emphasis on International Management. A local since 1986, Karla has resided in both Martin and Palm Beach Counties over the years. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University, Karla began a career in nursing in the Boynton Beach and Boca Raton area and later, became a medical sales capital equipment professional both of which helped hone her caring nature and negotiation skills which she shares with her clients today.
