​As a resident of Jupiter FL, John is  a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate servicing clients in the Palm Beaches. John began his real estate career with Centex Homes in 2000 after an 11 year career as a landscape architect. His prior experience in real estate includes land development, land acquisition, and land planning.

Racee's decision to move to Florida from the Midwest came easy after visiting family in sunny South Florida year after year.


Racee is a Northwood University graduate with a B.B.A in Management. She managed several restaurants locally before transitioning into marketing and business development with ServiceMaster Clean.

Katherine opened Island Bridge Realty, a boutique brokerage in Jupiter, Florida, in 2014. Island Bridge Realty allows Katherine to work her passion (obsession) 

mentoring/training/coaching and supporting agents, while still remaining active and relevant in real estate.
